DAC7644EB Overview


There are two packages that contain it: 48-BSSOP (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package and X package. Power is provided by a 5V-volt supply. A Other Converters-series FPGA part. An attachment Surface Mount allows the FPGA module to be attached to the development board. As far as the operating temperature is concerned, it should be kept within -40°C~85°C when operating. This FPGA model is contained in Tube for space saving. In total, it has 48 terminations on each end. In order to find related parts, use the part number DAC7644 as a base. In order to make it work, 48 pins have been designed. A 5V-volt supply allows designers to fully utili5Ve its flexibility. This device has a pin count of 48 in it.
