DAC7644E Overview
It is supplied in the 48-BSSOP (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. Power is provided by a 5V-volt supply. A Other Converters-series FPGA part. An attachment Surface Mount allows the FPGA module to be attached to the development board. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the -40°C~85°C range at all times when the unit is in use. It is for space saving reasons that this FPGA model is contained in Tube.
