DAC7641Y/250 Overview


A 32-TQFP package is provided with this component. In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 5V volts needs to be provided. The Other Converters family of FPGAs includes this part. The Surface Mount-slot on the development board allows you to attach the FPGA module. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C when operating. There is an FPGA model contained in Cut Tape (CT) in order to conserve space. It is designed with 32 terminations. DAC7641 is the base part number that can be used to identify related parts. There are 32 pins on this device. Design engineers can fully take advantage of its flexibility when operating at 5V supply voltage. This device has a pin count of 32 in it. A maximum supply voltage of 5.25V can be applied to this product. The device can function at a minimum voltage of 4.75V.
