DAC5689IRGCR Overview


There is a 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package that includes this component. In order to operate it, a voltage supply of 3.3V volts is required. FPGA parts like this belong to the Other Converters family. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. When operating the machine, it is important to keep the temperature within -40°C~85°C range.
