DAC5652AIPFBR Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 48-TQFP package and X package. An electrical supply voltage of 3.3V powers it. The Other Converters family of FPGA parts includes this part. FPGA modules can be attached to development boards using a Surface Mount-connector. When operating the machine, it is important to keep the temperature within -40°C~85°C range. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tape & Reel (TR) for the sake of space saving. There are a total of 48 terminations. DAC5652 is the base part number that can be used to identify related parts. In order to make it work, 48 pins have been designed. Its flexibility can be fully utili3.3Ved when operating with a 3.3V supply voltage. This device has a pin count of 48 in it. The maximum supply voltage it can take is 3.6V. The unit is capable of working with a minimum supply voltage of 3V.
