DAC38RF93IAAV Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 144-FBGA, FCBGA package and X package. An electrical supply voltage of 1.8V powers it. Using a Surface Mount connector, you can mount this FPGA module on the development board. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the 105°C range at all times when the unit is in use. There is an FPGA model contained in Tray in order to conserve space. In total, it has 144 terminations on each end. Its base part number DAC38RF93 can be used to find related parts.
