DAC38RF87IAAV Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 144-FBGA, FCBGA package and X package. The supply voltage is 1.8V volts. The Surface Mount-slot on the development board allows you to attach the FPGA module. It is important to maintain the operating temperature within the range of -40°C~85°C when operating the machine. There is an FPGA model contained in Tray in order to conserve space.
