DAC3171IRGCT Overview


There are two packages that contain it: 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package and X package. Supply voltage is 1.8V volts. An FPGA module can be attached to a development board with a Surface Mount-pin. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the -40°C~85°C range at all times when the unit is in use. A model of this FPGA is contained in Tape & Reel (TR) for the purpose of saving space. There are a total of 64 terminations. In order to find related parts, you can use its base part number DAC3171. The device is designed with 64 pins in total. As long as this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, it could work fantastically according to its specifications. I am going to present you with a device that is equipped with 64 pins. It can take a maximum of 3.45V as the supply voltage. Using a supply voltage as low as 3.15V, it will work.
