DAC2904Y/1K Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 48-TQFP package and X package. Power is provided by a 5V-volt supply. FPGA parts like this belong to the Other Converters family. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of -40°C~85°C.
