DAC102S085CISDX/NOPB Overview


There are two packages that contain it: 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package and X package. In order to operate it, a voltage supply of 3V volts is required. A Other Converters-series FPGA part. The Surface Mount-slot connector on the FPGA module can be connected to the development board. It is important to maintain the operating temperature within the range of -40°C~105°C when operating the machine. It is for space saving reasons that this FPGA model is contained in Tape & Reel (TR). 10 terminations are present in total. Related parts can be found by using its base part number DAC102S085.
