As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 24-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. There are 24 terminations found in the file. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part.
