Clock ICs are packaged using the Tube method. A Clock PLL is included with the 8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. There are 8 terminations found in the file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. CMOS, TTL is designed for clock generator's input. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. An upper frequency limit of 82MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel.
