The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. In the 8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain NOT SPECIFIED degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains a total of 8 terminations within RF synthesizer.
