CY74FCT541TSOC Overview


A total of 20 terminations can be found in it. With a supply voltage of 5V, high efficiency is possible. There are 20 pins on the clock buffer. There is a cut smart buffer contained in Bus Driver/Transceivers that is used for this purpose. This electronic gadget is a member of the FCT family. It's set to 5.25V for the maximum supply voltage (Vsup). An IC with a value of BUS DRIVER is used in this project as a logic chip. To ensure normal operation of the cut smart buffer, the supply voltage (Vsup) should always be kept above 4.75V. As a result, it requires a supply voltage of 5V volts to run. It is also possible to obtain WITH DUAL OUTPUT ENABLE when using this gadget. Stable operation is enabled by a maximum operating temperature of 85°C°C. In order to ensure reliability, it operates at a minimum working temperature of -40°C degrees Celsius. As a result, it has a 8 bit configuration. It has 2 ports configured.
