In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tube package is used. As part of the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, this clock generator is embedded. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. There are 8 terminations found in the file.
