CY2545QIT Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-UFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED under reflowing conditions. The input of this clock generator is designed to be Clock, Crystal. 4 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. There is a maximum frequency of 166MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 2.25V~3.6V. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C TA, which is what is estimated by the test.
