The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-UFQFN Exposed Pad package. A clock generator's input is called LVCMOS, Crystal and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 4 circuits. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 166MHz.
