CY2544QC011 Overview
It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. The 24-UFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator receives its inputs from LVCMOS, Crystal, which is designed to be the clock source. 4 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. 166MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. There are 2.25V~3.6V available for use with this clock PLL. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be 0°C~70°C TA. Clock logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer.
