As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. In the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. This clock generator receives its inputs from CMOS, Crystal, which is designed to be the clock source.
