CY2412SXC-3 Overview
It is packaged using the Tube method since it is a clock IC. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package contains this clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. 8 terminations can be found in frequency generators.
