CY23S08SXC-1T Overview


As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. There is a Clock PLL called LVCMOS, LVTTL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. An upper frequency limit of 140MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Clock generator ic works with 3V~3.6V. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be 0°C~70°C. There are several logic levels in LVCMOS logic that can be used with this clock generator.
