CY23FS04ZXI-5T Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. The TSSOP package embeds this Clock PLL. According to the base part number, its related parts can be founded. Electronic frequency generator can operate at low temperatures and can perform -40°C operations at a time. The RF synthesizer can still operate at 85°C with attenuated performance. Clock PLL is configured with 4 output. There is no way that a voltage higher than 4.6V can be supplied to this clock generator. Its lowest supply voltage is -500mV.
