Clock ICs are packaged using the Tube method. The 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain NOT SPECIFIED degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 16 terminations found in the file. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. In this case, LVCMOS, LVTTL is designed to be the input of the clock generator. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance.
