CY2305SI-1 Overview


It is packaged using the Tube method since it is a clock IC. A Clock PLL is included with the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. This clock generator ic can sustain 220 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are a total of 8 terminations in this file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called Clock which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. 133.33MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V to operate this time clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 3V. As long as there are 3V~3.6V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics.
