Clock ICs are packaged using the Tube method. In the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflown. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 16 terminations.
