This clock IC is packaged using the Tube method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. This part number is related to its related electronic parts. The frequency synthesizer has 20 pins that are available. Despite its low-temperature operation, this clock generator ic is capable of 0°C operations. The RF synthesizer can still operate at 70°C with attenuated performance. Time clock generator is capable of handling a voltage of 3.3V.
