CY22050FC Overview


Clock ICs are packaged using the Bulk method. Clock PLL is embedded in the TSSOP package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 225 to be essentially indestructible. In it, there are 16 terminations to be found. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V. CLOCK GENERATOR, OTHER uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 3.135V. It may cause ha70°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 70°C.
