CSP2510DPGG Overview


Embedded in the TSSOP package is this Clock PLL. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. There are a total of 24 terminations in this file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. Clock is designed as this clock generator's input. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. It provides a maximum frequency of 175MHz. Clock PLL is equipped with 24 pin count. There are a number of 24 pins that are available on the clock generators. Despite its low-temperature operation, this clock generator ic is capable of 0°C operations. Despite its attenuated performance, this frequency synthesizer can last at 85°C.
