CSP2510CPGG8 Overview


The TSSOP package contains this clock generator. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called Clock which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. An up to 140MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. In this IC, a 24-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. The frequency generator is equipped with 24 pins. There are 0°C operations that can be performed on this clock generator, which has impressive low-temperature performance. Despite its attenuated performance, this frequency synthesizer can last at 85°C. RF synthesizers can handle voltages up to 3.3V. 10 high true output enable pins are available on this clock generator. A voltage of more than 3.6V will not be suitable for powering this clock generator. There is a maximum supply voltage of 3V for this RF synthesizer.
