This CSD87381P NexFET floor power block is highly optimized for synchronous buck applications and provides high current and efficiency in 3mmx2.5mm 's small form factor package. Optimized for 5V pole drive applications, this product provides an efficient and flexible solution that provides a high-density power supply when used with any 5V gate driver of an external controller / driver.
