CS2000CP-EZZ Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tube package is used. The 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. A maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. The input of this clock generator is designed to be Clock.
