In this device, the DC current gain is 200 @ 100mA 2V, which is calculated by taking the ratio of the base current to collector current and dividing transistor by two.Saturation of VCE means Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and VCE saturation (Max) is 600mV @ 75mA, 1.5A.The emitter base voltage can be kept at 6V for high efficiency.Parts of this part have transition frequencies of 150MHz.During maximum operation, collector current can be as low as 2A volts.
