Board space can be saved by using the 16-VDFN Exposed Pad package.Telecommunications equipment is packed according to Tape & Reel (TR)'s method.In this case, Surface Mount is the mounting type.1 circuits are used in this telecom IC .Wtelecom IC's efficiencyh a high supply voltage, 4.5V~5.5V can be operated more efficiently.Telecom switching is possible to achieve reliable performance when the operating temperature is set at -40°C~110°C.A Surface Mount-axis mounts telecom switching.A 1.3mA-volt supply current is used to operate telecom equipment .Telecom product operates with the supply current of 1.3mA to provide much flexibility for designers.As a precaution, the temperature is set at a minimum value of -40°C in order to ensure normal operation.Normal operation is ensured by setting 110°C to the maximum value.
