CDCVF857RHATG4 Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 40 terminations within RF synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 2.5V is required. There is a Clock PLL called SSTL-2 which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels.
