CDCVF857RHATG4 Overview


The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 40 terminations within RF synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 2.5V is required. There is a Clock PLL called SSTL-2 which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 2.7V as a supply voltage. There should be a voltage supply above 2.3V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 2.3V~2.7V. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics.
