CDCVF25081D Overview


The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package includes this clock generator. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. There are a total of 16 terminations in this file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. In this case, LVTTL is designed to be the input of the clock generator. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented.
