This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A Clock PLL is included with the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. 8 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3.3V. This clock generator receives its inputs from LVTTL, which is designed to be the clock source.
