CDCVF2505D Overview


As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tube method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. There are a total of 8 terminations in this file.
