CDCM7005ZVAR Overview


Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. As part of the 64-BGA package, this clock generator is embedded. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. 64 terminations can be found in frequency generators. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. LVCMOS, LVPECL is designed as this clock generator's input. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 1.5GHz Max. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. There is a maximum voltage of 3.6V for this clock generator. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 3V. There are 3V~3.6V available for use with this clock PLL. By calculating the test statistics, -40°C~85°C is the appropriate ambient temperature. The RF synthesizer is compatible with LVCMOS, LVPECL logic levels. This electronic component can be classified into Clock Synchronizer and Jitter Cleaner. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors.
