CDCM7005RGZR Overview


As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Embedded in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 48 terminations. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. LVCMOS, LVPECL is designed as this clock generator's input. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. Providing a maximum frequency of 1.5GHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V to operate this time clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 3V. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 3V~3.6V. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of LVCMOS, LVPECL logic.
