The clock divider is available in 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad case. The package is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). As a rule, the maximum value for normal operation is 2GHz. In it, there are 16 terminations. Supply voltages of 2.5V enable high efficiency. In this case, it is set up as Surface Mount. Electrical components classified as Fanout Buffer (Distribution), Multiplexer are classified as such. Set the temperature to -40°C~85°C for reliable performance. The clock switch should operate with a voltage of 2.375V~3.6VV. It is placed in the way of Surface Mount. There is a pin count of 16 on timeing clock. The output is set to LVPECL.
