As far as the case type is concerned, the cut smart buffer is available in 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width). The package is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). For normal operation, 250MHz is the maximum value. It contains 20 terminations. The supply voltage of 2.5V can be used to achieve high efficiency. Consequently, it will be mounted by Surface Mount.
