This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. 24-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) contains this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. This Clock PLL will be fed by HSTL, LVPECL, LVTTL as its input.
