This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators.
