CDCF5801ADBQG4 Overview


Clock ICs are packaged using the Tube method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. This clock generator receives its inputs from HSTL, LVPECL, LVTTL, which is designed to be the clock source. 280MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. 3.6V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator.
