CDCF5801ADBQ Overview


It is packaged using the Tube method since it is a clock IC. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations.
