Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. There are a total of 20 terminations in this file.
