In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. This clock generator is embedded in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains 20 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. A clock generator's input is called LVCMOS, Crystal and it is designed as the input for this clock generator.
