This clock IC is packaged using the Tube method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains 16 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. In this case, LVCMOS, Crystal is designed to be the input of the clock generator. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. It provides a maximum frequency of 230MHz. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. As long as you provide 1.7V~1.9V supply voltage, it will work.
