CDCE913QPWRQ1 Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. There is a clock generator embedded in the 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains a total of 14 terminations within RF synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. LVCMOS, Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. Providing a maximum frequency of 230MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. As long as you provide 1.7V~1.9V 2.3V~3.6V supply voltage, it will work.
