It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. The 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are a total of 64 terminations in this file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V.
